Geo-Quest is part of the Geo-Wiki family of applications and tools enabling both citizens and professionals to collect data anywhere on the planet to meet a range of needs. Quests can be established which are opportunistic (which allow for data collection anywhere) or with a specific sampling design (targeted sampling which leads users to specific locations on the ground). Quests typically involve answering some questions or filling in a survey and taking a picture(s) at a given location. Users may work offline and submit their data when internet is available.
